Absolutely brilliant hotel. Beautiful location, super clean rooms. Breakfast amazing. The hotel staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help you. We hired a quad and it was great to get out and about but we loved our suite and was fantastic to relax, unwind and the perfect Location to watch the sun set. We really didn't want to leave. The local village was great, lots of traditional restaurants and the most delicious food.

Not worth the price. Even though check-in time was 3pm, the reception was locked and the owner was not there. I waited for about an hour to check in, but the owner didn't say a single word of apology. There were flooded water on the bathroom floor just in front of the toilet and it wouldn't drain which was very uncomfortable. I needed to call housekeeping service to clean it up. I paid 260 euros per night but felt it was not worth it. Location is too remote from main tour destination. Pool was too cold to use. Service was poor than cheap Airbnb. Daily room cleaning service was good.

We loved this accommodation... The pool is heated so you can swim day and night. When we travel, a good bed is important for us, these beds are sooo comfortable, best sleep we've had so far. Room was serviced daily and very clean. The staff are so lovely and friendly, Renia is very friendly and is really helpful, so quick to respond to all our queries 🙂. We would definitely stay here again.

I am from Israel. We were scheduled for Monday, October 16th to this hotel.. The war situation in Israel didn't allow us to have the planned vacation. Flights were canceled. My wife's family members were murdered by terrorists. She is an essential figure in the health system in Israel. All these relevant reasons past by the hotel management. As we paid for non canceled package, they didn't agree to give us refund. We tried to convince them directly, through Booking and others, but nothing helped. It seems that war is not a 'force major'. Keeping our money, although we are not visiting is legit. No matter how good is their service, or how great their facilities are, their ethics is in the sewer. I would recomend to be careful with those guys. Better avoid them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azanti Suites to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Kristina and Angela~. I can not express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. First and foremost, the breathtaking view from my room was absolutely mesmerizing. Waking up to the sight of the picturesque surroundings was a dream come true. Additionally, the night view at the pool was just amazing. I was looking up at tue sky and saw beautiful stars! The staff at Azanti Suites also deserves special recognition for their genuine hospitality and attentiveness. I was particularly touched when the staff surprised me by singing a birthday song and presenting me with a complimentary bottle of champagne. It was a gesture that made me feel special and added an extra touch of magic to my celebration. My stay at Azanti Suites for my birthday was an experience I will cherish for years to come. The remarkable view, attentive staff, and the heartfelt birthday surprise truly made my celebration unforgettable. Thank you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
