The spa break deal was really good value for money, the room was excellent with a really comfy bed. The food was generally good and service was fantastic at dinner. They did not come back to check if we were OK or offer more drinks at breakfast time though. The spa and pool are lovely, my treatment was OK but the therapist didn't know what I'd booked and then didn't ask about pressure so at times it was quite painful. Overall, despite that I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Lovely Hotel and Spa. Rooms were clean, Spa was clean, facilities very good only down side in this visit was Jacuzzi was not working properly so couldn't use it. Really enjoyed treatments the relax lounge is lovely with teas, and nibbles and beds very relaxing. The restaurant was good, food is lovely tasty and good portions. Loved breakfast options, a good menu. Staff were lovely and friendly. Others guest were friendly. It was a very nice atmosphere. Would recommend. I Stayed for two nights some think it's it bit pricey, which it is but I think it was worth it.

Used the spa l, for spa and brunch package. It was really fantastic. A lovely friendly receptionist greeted us, showed us around. I had a facial, and my friend had a back massage. Both were really wonderful. A great facial. Lovely to chat too and very relaxing. The pool area is nice, gets a little busy with limited pool side seating. But they have a wonderful relaxation room with sofas and seating. Snacks drinks. Really really lovely touch. I would absolutely come again. And would recommend this spa. Really clean as well. Brunch was also great. The drinks were lovely, pancakes were lovely, the hash browns were absolutely wonderful. 💯 top notch. Lovely waitress for brunch as well.

I stayed at this hotel and spa to bring in the new year with my gorgeous girlfriend and was pleasantly surprised as my room had been upgraded to a junior suite which was clean spacious and well set out The bed was soft and a great size 😌 twin sinks in the bathroom 🚻 was a winner also the 🛁 bathtub was huge with enough room to fully relax in . Room service was efficient and polite serving some of the best chips 🍟 I've had this year real fluffy potato cooked just right . The spa facilities were excellent very hot steam room. Small but clean and effective sauna...Good size swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool and the jacuzzi very nice especially when you get to use it by yourself. We had such a lovely stay at Aztec West we are planning to return very soon . Keep up the good work guys thank you for starting our 2024 in style and and refreshed 🎉🎉🎉 Nearly forgot to mention the gym 🏋️‍♂️ it's great has everything you need and is clean and well set out .

Fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel with stunning spa facilities. The relaxation room is a little piece of heaven 😍. Breakfast menu had many delicious options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
