        Really good hotel staff are always ready to help you with any questions you may have. They are very polite and very helpful. Rooms are clean seriously clean and breakfast the best! If you visiting haiphong I strongly recommend to check it out I promise you will not regret it! You can practice your Japanese and Vietnamese also.

        Good place to stay, especially suited for Japanese. Staffs are professional and friendly, and can speak Japanese aside from English.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
