The room is clean, neat, cozy, peaceful space but unexpectedly cheap, especially the boss is very thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastically guiding guests to places with beautiful scenery as well as delicious places to eat. nutritious, cheap. Hope to come back one day...

My whole group stayed here, this place is very convenient, clean, and the price is very reasonable. In particular, the owner is a person with extensive knowledge and is very enthusiastic about guiding guests meticulously and thoughtfully and knows many beautiful destinations. Cheap price, clean room. My family and I came here. The receptionist was enthusiastic, cheerful and cooked extremely well. My family ordered meals and she cooked them at a very cheap price. She went to the market to cook whatever they wanted. She also borrowed her motorbike to go out. She lent it to me, but I automatically filled it with gas for her. I honestly didn't think the cheap price would have such a good experience, just like staying at home 😂😂😂

The motel is temporary, because the room price is cheap so I can't evaluate the quality. You get what you pay for. But I'm annoyed because of the maid who also manages the room here. Cook a meal (1 cup of rice + 1 plate of vegetables + 4 pieces of chicken) and charge me 50k. Stop saying anything during the meal. It's time for this lady to drive me from this motel to the airport, 20 minutes away by motorbike. She takes it. price 200k, I really just want to return to Sg as soon as possible because I'm late for the plane. Besides, I leave at 5:40 a.m. so I don't have a contract because I'm afraid of being late. The prices are sky-high. Travel is tourism, but the price must also be reasonable. With prices like these, people will only visit once. All bad impressions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
