We loved this hotel when we visited a few months ago. Great location across from the market. Tiago was very helpful and answered all our questions making some great suggestions. Soraya was also wonderful and even helped us locate the Uber we had requested on our last day when we had trouble with our connection. The breakfast was delicious and very enjoyable. There’s a lift for luggage which makes the steps more manageable. We’d love to come back and stay here. B and Mike highly recommend this location.

Central location. Very hospitable, smiling, friendly staff, . Special thanks to Soroya. Clean rooms and common areas, wonderful breakfast room, delicious and rich breakfast. We were welcomed with a glass of port wine and a welcome cake. For the next stay in Porto I would still stay at this hotel.

Interior Design (★★★★★): The hotel's interior design is impressive. Every part of the hotel shows elegance and sophistication. Mixing modern and classic elements creates an inviting and visually charming ambiance. The furniture and artwork were tastefully chosen, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional experience. Comfort (★★★★★): Our room at the hotel was incredibly comfortable. The bed was super nice, and the quality of linens was top. The room was well-designed for a good night's sleep, with blackout wooden doors and a well-appointed bathroom. It's clear the hotel pays attention to making guests feel comfortable and well-rested. Staff (★★★★★): The standout feature of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff at B The Guest. They treated us like friends and families from check-in onwards. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering assistance whenever needed. Lovely, comfortable, large renovated room with a balcony, located directly across from the covered market. Gave us a gift of port and cake - nice! Reception is up a flight of stairs, so has almost no street presence and isn't good for those with mobility limitations. Has a dumbwaiter for luggage but no elevator. Good breakfast with many choices. Would come back.

Hidden away behind a single door is a beautiful hotel. Decor is classy artsy vibe: rooms are clean, classy and chic: reception (Maria and Anna) very helpful, friendly and caring. Had a wonderful stay!! Wonderful Breakfast - all homemade and from local sources. Location is top. Will definately stay there again. Can only recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
