        Staff could be friendlier. It's the hospitality industry after all. So be hospitable. Rooms are small needs an upgrade. The hotel is old and looks very tired. Won't stay there again.

        I regularly stat here and find it great value for money. Decent location, helpful staff and clean rooms make it a good budget pick. I only wish they had dim reading lights bed side.

        Doesn't worth 870 Bath. Check-in available at 14:00 only though the hotel doesn't look busy. Also you have to pay 500 Bath returned deposit. Girls at reception doesn't speak English well, but their boss can, so it is ok. You also have to sign some papers and provide passports for all guests. The room was mostly clean but not maintained well. Lamp without light, water in a shower doesn't drain, some surfaces were dirty and aircon was almost broken. We couldn't adjust it well and we couldn't turn it off. You can hear music from outside at night but not very loud.

        I don't want to recommend this hotel for tourists or foreigners. Small spaces and bad location. Bad : Deposit(500B), Noises, One key card Good : Prices and new building Worst : Check-in time(2pm) WiFi All of visitors must wait to check-in until 2pm whether they are ready to be or not. I think they take our times. Why they do not serve their rooms. Cleaning room? They clean all the rooms simultaneously? I hope they will change this policy(First in First out) And you must log in WiFi many times per one day. It makes me so angry.

        The location was good. It takes 5 min. walking to the main road to get some food at 7/11. I have no idea when and who designed each bathroom with no concept of practicality. So thoughtless. There are no hooks , no soap/shampoo shelves in the shower so they have to be put on the floor. No place for hanging your clothes or hand towels. Water flow is mediocre. Toilet was not completely/properly clean because there was a human hair stick on the wall at your eye level and some yellow grime behind the toilet. Beds were good and clean enough. The hotel manager should have beefed up the cleanliness and made sure there would be no human evidence left.
