Very nice and cozy hotel, location is in heart of Bangkok. Breakfast is not buffet, is a set menu but was also nice and tasty. Offers barista cappuccino for the breakfast which is sth very important to me. Rooms are a bit old but still cozy and clean.

Surprised by the negative reviews. This hotel is lovely. It’s located near Khao San so does have noise outside - but they have ear buds in the room. The beds are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms lovely. The only issue is the rooms get very light when the sun comes up but I brought a sleep eye mask and found no problem with light. The staff are so polite and helpful. They happily looked after my key when I went exploring to keep it safe & the security night guard was so friendly when I got home. If I return to Bangkok I will absolutely choose this hotel again, thank you!

I definitely stay here again ! For the value, location and everything, the hotel is so comfortable and close to everything we wanted to go, near so many bars and entertainment place, near so many stores and they have great restaurants with great food and coffee, they have great staff too! Just very nice place!

Very good hotel, just very sad to see unsustainable and polluting plastic packaged toiletries in the room. Doing business shouldn’t be at a cost for future generations and the environment. Let’s support ethical businesses respecting our Mother Earth 🙂

I am surprised that the hotel is 3 stars only. The area is really good, but as mentioned it was very noise, the breakfast was really nice. Also the hotel looks cozy, and the staff are really nice. One point take care of the toktok driver infront of the hotel they tried to scam us alot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
