I visited Baan Chom View for the first time with my husband and the accommodation is spacious and clean. It feels like coming home as the staff are very warm and hospitable. The view at the pool is amazing too! Highly recommend this to anyone.

Everything was amazing… the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the view and most of all the swim up bar….. sunsets are amazing and the best cocktails make it perfect… thanks Marty … I feel like family… you and your team are the best hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. From the first time visitor to the seasoned returner like me…. It’s always a great time .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything, starting from the online booking process to being welcomed on arrival to checkout was just perfect. The staff were always on hand to give suggestions for local eateries and for places for special occasions. They were happy to drive us around Kamala and organize reliable and reasonably priced transport to island attractions. It was also a treat to be able to enjoy the pool side bar and watch the sun set over Kamala bay. The new restaurant will also be a welcome addition. My wife and I will be happy to return and can recommend a stay at Baan Chom View for anyone looking for a restive and relaxed vacation.

I gotta say, this place is absolutely amazing! I've been here many times, and I always end up having a blast. The people who work here are super friendly, and they always make me feel right at home. The views from the hotel very nice.! Honestly, if you're looking for a fun, friendly, and downright beautiful place to stay, you've gotta check this place out. It's totally worth it!"

Couldn't have hoped for a better experience, we had a 2 bed condo which was more than spacious, full kitchen, and beautifully appointed. All the staff were super friendly, we particularly enjoyed our sundowners at the pool bar with Su. Stunning Kamala Beach was just a stones throw with great bars and restaurants, a holiday I'll never forget.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
