The hotel is located on a quiet street, adjacent to the beach. We booked a room with a garden view. The room was pleasant and the AC good. Unfortunately the shower lacked power and it was impossible to get the right temperature. Be aware. There is a farm quite close to the rooms with a garden view. The cocks make a hell of a noise, which starts early morning and continues throughout the day. We didn't book the room with breakfast but we did try it one morning. The offering was small and nothing special but the cost was very high!! There are a number of restaurants nearby that offer much better alternatives and they are much cheaper. The drinks at the bar were also very expensive compared to the many other beach bars on offer. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Overall really nice stay! Nice area, Room was minimalistic style, smart TV with Netflix, air con worked well. Maids were really good! 30 seconds from the beach which was amazing but we unfortunately didn't have the weather for it. Only downside was drain/sewage odor smell that crept in through the bathroom.

Amazing location, great quiet beach next to the hotel, far from the over hyped part of the island but still with restaurants, bars and shops close by. Very friendly personal, sometimes maybe falling a bit short when asking for help and information (probably because the place is still a bit new). I would recommend earlier breakfast or breakfast box service to allow people to go on early boat tours. Excellent value, most recommended!

The good: View is amazing, right in front of the beach. Beach is swimmable, nice calm and relaxing. Near some good restaurants and a 7/11 The bad: The bed was super uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a brick, the mattress would often slide off the bed head also. Only 2 small bottles of water, you need to pay for more. The food and room service are really expensive. The pool was a murky green colour, looks dirty. The mediocre: The air conditioning took a long time to cool the room, you need to put the key in the slot to turn it on so if you come back from a day out it will take a while for your room to get to a comfortable temperature. The staff were ok, smiles all around but nobody went the extra mile to make our stay special.

A very nice, cozy hotel. Everything is clean. All the amenities work well. Nice friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned every day. And the location is superb! Right on the beach. The beach is great by the way! Definitely recommend the place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
