Superb hotel which is definitely above the 4-star rating they have. The whole hotel complex is surrounded by nature, palm trees and great architecture. This gives you some nice vibes when you enter the hotel. The rooms are extraordinary and definitely worth the price. The service is great and the staff is extremely service minded/helpful and friendly. Best part besides the rooms is the beachfront with the pool and the restaurant next to it. Here you can have your breakfast in the morning next to the beach. The only thing is that it’s not really central located but that is personal taste. Its quite but if you want to go to the nightlife you simply take a motorbike or taxi and you’ll be there in 5-10min. (three nights/Executive pool villa/incl. breakfast)

Great place and impressive staff. The property was being renovated so we got upgraded to a villa. The room was spacious and the bathroom was exquisite. They have a classy restaurant overlooking the sea. It is close to the airport. The staff is very friendly.

The resort is beautiful... But please read my review carefully It's a nice place to chill and relax and that's why we booked it for 4days... On arrival we got to know there are major renovation going on at the pool and so we were redirected to the neighborhood resort pool with a free drink a day ( that was also limited to only 4options , and it felt cheap)... After all we wanted to chill and enjoy our own resort. but we visited the next door pool, by the 3rd day we started to feel unwelcomed and unwanted. We didn't go the next day itself. On our arrival, I noticed a slight biasness, the Americans and the Europeans were welcomed by hot towels and welcome drink while we were left waiting at the reception for our room to be ready . The rooms are good, Breakfast buffet has good options but I won't not have stayed here if I knew the pool was under renovation and so were most of the rooms. Also, the day I arrived, they didn't let me know that the water supply would be switched off for 1hr and so I was literally left in the washroom with soap on my body and no water. I had to ask the reception to help me get to the neighbouring resort swimming pool so that I could take a shower.

Had a minor issue with the room that was first assigned to us. After discussing options with the lovely and helpful staff we where promptly shown to a new room that exceeded our expectations. Awesome beach. Great bar staff and restaurant ain't to bad either. Would absolutely stay here again!

First of All i wanna say, all the staff was very friendly and Kind, just like my Overall experience with thai people in general. Unfortunately the hotel itself is a construction Site though, with all the noise that comes with it. Of course there was no warning about this. Also the rooms were very damp amd everything felt wet so that by the end of my stay i got sick.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
