My wife brought me to Hua Hin for a birthday trip and choose Baan Kang Mung Hua Hin Resort. Room is adequate, breakfast is included in the price. Just a couple of cons; 1. The water pressure in the shower room is; for lack of a better word; weak. 2. You can't park in there, however they do have parking outside across the road which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The staff are extremely helpful and they have a 24 hours buggy service as well. All in all, an enjoyable stay for us.

+: location is close to the beach and pet friendly. -: bad quality breakfast, lack of facilities, rooms are rundown and not well maintained, noisy and had a lot of mosquitos as the balcony door did not close properly, far from what’s advertised, was told there was a garden for pets but in reality there wasn’t, lack of safety - elderly mother fell due their slippery “disinfecting tray”, bed frame made a lot of noise, not clean, not at all value for money. Booked for 6 nights and wanted to leave after the first night but they refused to refund the remaining nights despite explaining that the hotel was far from advertised. Saw another guest complaining to the staff on the same reasons and eventually shortened their stay.

Good location, close to beach and pool access. However the entrance way to resort is a bit narrow and the room size is a bit small and some decoration items seem old, such curtain, door and bed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
