Not great, but close to Karon beach. Pros: across the street from the beach, can see a sliver of sea and mountains from balcony, pool water is clean, very sweet staff, good AC. Cons: everything in the room and hotel in general is very rundown, outdated, and not clean. No outlet, table, nor lamp) near bed. Poor wifi. Housekeeping failed to leave coffee or cream packets, and left only one beach towel. Only one very thin roll of toilet paper in room. Chair cushions in pool area VERY stained/dirty. Beach across the road is strewn with litter. Overall sort of a crappy place, especially for the money ($150/night).

Only come for the location, it is right next to markets and the beach. That's the only redeeming factor. The service was non-existent - we checked in at 3pm (check in time 2pm) and they had us wait for 30 minutes in the lobby claiming our room wasn't ready. Eventually we asked if it was ready and they said it had been ready the whole time... Indicative for the rest of our four day stay. Our room was only serviced once in four days we were here, despite having the sign on the door to "please clean.". Eventually I had to grab more towels, soap, and toilet paper off a cart in the hallway. You have to pay for ice if you want it in your room. Laundry service took almost 36 hours after they claimed same day service. It generally seems like the staff don't care if visitors enjoy their stay and want to return in the future.

Good location. TV is new and support netflix, youtube which is positive moment. Internet is good at TV, but doesn’t work for phone in room, fall off every 5 minutes. Have some other problems but the issues were resolved quickly. Thanx for manager.

Hotel is just across the street from Karon beach, with many water sports available. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Wifi average and breakfast acceptable. Room is good size with balcony, fridge, hair dryer and toilet amenities. Hotel has a main pool between 2 blocks and another 2 pools for pool access rooms in 2nd building, but all guests have access.

Wonderful location, a road by the beach. Terrible noisy at the top floor! Barely sleep because of the “motor” like sound whole day and night. Talk with the night shift to change the room. Pack and walk few minute to another building, reception opened the door, and a guy was shocked inside!!! Then we came back to the noisy building… Annoying for us and the innocent guy

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
