A great experience! A beautiful resort with friendly staff, a stunning pool and awesome food with vegetarian options. The beach close by is beautiful but tricky to access, mostly blocked by the beach side resorts. Go left when hitting the main road and turn right into a dry river bed that will lead you to the beach. On the left, you will find a leaning palm tree that offers shadow the whole day.

This is great hotel with clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff. We ate in restaurant dinners ,suppers at the hotel because there were very tasty and fresh meals. Breakfast was very tasty - everyday fresh fruits, coffee. It was great place to relax:)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel - it was by far the best hotel I've ever visited! Philippe, the owner of the property, went out of his way to make our stay special. From the moment we arrived, he provided us with useful information about the island and even booked two excursions for us. On two separate days, he also gave us complimentary passes to nearby beaches, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was simply excellent - there was a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh French brioches and eggs with bacon or sausages. The highlight, however, was the fresh fruit that was brought to us each morning - watermelons, melons, dragon fruit, and pineapples were all on offer, depending on availability. I would highly recommend having lunch and dinner at the hotel as well - the meals were both delicious and affordable. The hotel itself was stunning, with two swimming pools and a beautiful bar located at the top of a flight of steps. The abundance of plants and palm trees made it feel like we were staying in the middle of a tropical forest. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The bathroom was also very nice. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it was an amazing experience from start to finish!

We stayed for 3 nights in late June. Philippe and his wife really help set this place apart. They went out of their way to help us set up a work space for remote working and gave a small tour of the area to orient us. We had good sleep here - the bed was comfortable with high quality linens, and the area is quiet at night. Chaweng Noi is a pretty and peaceful beach, less than a 10 minute walk away (down the hill and across a busy road). The restaurant serves very tasty Thai food. Breakfast starts from 8:30 which is a bit late for early risers, but they kindly arranged food for us on the days we needed to leave earlier.

Deserves at least 4 stars instead the 3 on google. Perfectly clean, nice and quiet ambiance very tasteful atmosphere. People are friendly and very helpful. Also rents scooters. Had a great time here and might be back in december. 😀

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
