I recently stayed at the Bab Al Qasr Hotel for two nights with my parents, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel's most striking feature is its breathtaking landmark view, visible right from our room. Waking up to such a panorama was a true delight. The breakfast buffet was a culinary journey in itself, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all our tastes. What set Bab Al Qasr apart, though, was its incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warmth and professionalism were evident in every interaction. The room we stayed in was cozy and well-appointed, striking a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary cake and fruit basket provided for my mother's birthday, a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. We had a delightful 4-night stay at Bab Alqasr Hotel. Despite the official check-in time being in the afternoon, our early arrival at 10 am was accommodated, and we received our room promptly at 10:30 am. The requested sea-view room was provided, offering a picturesque scene. The daily room cleaning service was impeccable, maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. The hotel's hospitality exceeded expectations. The cleanliness of blankets and towels was notable, and the staff was attentive, inquiring about the need for extra towels. The hotel staff exhibited warm and responsible interactions. Any requests made at the reception were swiftly attended to, showcasing a high level of efficiency. The in-room facilities were comprehensive, contributing to a comfortable and satisfying experience. Although we didn't utilize the pool, and I don't have specific insights about it, our overall experience at Bab Alqasr Hotel was marked by exceptional service, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. We highly recommend this establishment for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

So we recently moved to the UAE and we stayed at Bab Al Qasr hotel for about 5 weeks. The day that we got there the only thing I could remember was the fantastic service and the amazing rooms. We were staying on the 31st floor in rooms 3101 and 3102 if I remember correctly. From the buffet to the pool and even the beach, it was amazing. The buffet had amazing choices of food and everyday they would have a different style of food like Italian night or seafood night. As I said before, the service was amazing, in particular there was this one lovely lady named Jesslyn(I think that’s how you say it) who was the kindest and most sweetest person ever. Hopefully we go back and stay again. If you do get a chance to stay, please do so

We had a wonderful stay at the Bab Al Qasr hotel. All of the staff were welcoming, very courteous and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we departed. We stayed in a junior suite with an amazing view of the Presidential and Emirates Palace. The location and the facilities were excellent. The daily breakfast served at the Artisan Kitchen was superb with plenty of choice to satisfy any appetite. We also enjoyed our first experience of Moroccan food at the Artisan Kitchen buffet dinner, it was delightful. Five star rating is well deserved.

I can truly recommend this hotel, very nice, very clean and the staff is just amazing. Big thx to receptionist Rodette which was at most helpful providing us with all information and even letting us check out later. Definitely will come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
