        We were just passing by when they invited us to enter and check out the spa. We ended up booking a double spa experience that included the hamman and a massage (2 hours). It was really a fantastic experience! The hamman was 5 star and the massage was really relaxing! Your skin will thank you :) I recommend this spa! Staff went beyond and above to provide us the nicest experience.

        We book at this hotel for one night, my husband and I. So overall it's not bad, but .... They didn't spin us at all for Booking messages...then the masseuse who complains about English, learn to mind your own business 1, if one doesn't know it and wants to travel it's also people's cabbage, maybe a person has difficulties in speaking it...then I didn't even come in and she wants to sell me her services that honestly as soon as you leave the hotel a massage they charge you half. 2 thing we went to the restaurant, I didn't understand this thing about not remembering the customer I also made reservations for dinner and you have separate menus, and the water that cost a fortune...whatever ! Except that in my opinion the staff is not at all prepared is ok !

        The hotel is well situated for the modern shops and restaurants. It is not far from the main station. The medina is about 30min walk away. The hotel is nice and spacious and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is quiet but be aware, although it is situated on a back street, the street itself can be a bit noisy. The rooms are double glazed and the air conditioning works well so unless you need to sleep with the window open its fine. The Hammam and massage is recommended.

        The room amenities were not satisfactory considering its 4 star ratings. The Bathroom was such a Bad and congested, I have seen before. Not recommended so far
