Don’t go guys, there are thieves in the hotel. I bought a silver necklace, a silver earrings, and a gold ring, all were gifts so I kept them in their boxes, in the gift bags inside my suitcase, cleaners cleaned my room only once during my stay and no one else had access to my suitcase AT ALL.. when I came back home I found that their cleaners opened the gift bags and emptied the gift boxes and put them back.. I tried to contact the property but unfortunately didn’t get any response… other than that rooms are small, noisy and don’t smell great.. breakfast options are very limited.. don’t go there

"The hotel, centrally located, is truly convenient and perfect. The rooms are small with an odd layout, but the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with hot water. Cleaning is done daily, and they provide 2 water bottles each day. Breakfast is fresh and tasty but not lavish. In general, it's a bit pricey, but satisfying, considering you're paying for the location."

Amazing hotel. Stayed there for 5 nights early June 2019. Perfect location. Very clean & tidy. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. We checked out before breakfast is served, and the staff prepared us lunch boxes and gave us a bottle of their own sparkling wine as a gift. It was a really thoughtful gesture. Thank you for the beautiful stay. Highly recommend it

The food was too darn good ! Didn’t stay here just managed to get to their restaurant and loved how everything tasted. Couldn’t click pictures of the dishes cause we were so hungry. But help you selves to some good wine while you try out their dishes !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
