They canceled my booking last minute, even if there were many available beds. At the end, I found extra charges in my bank account, making the stay there not that cheap. Many hours of the day there were no staff at the hostel. One night when I got to my room, I found a young couple cuddling on my bed. There was only one bathroom, which was dirty, there was no soap for the hands and much more.

SCAM ALERT (NOT ONLY BEDBUGS): "They charged us twice for our staying and when we call them for a solution they've remitted us to their email account but they've never given us a reply and it's already been three weeks. We feel scammed and fooled." I posted this three weeks ago.The day after this review was ignored, I finally contacted them through the phone and they told me they would return the money that same afternoon, but they didn't. I've made that same call twice a week for three weeks and I always got the same answer and the same solution to the problem: nothing. So after three weeks of calling I've reached a point where I feel hopeless and I know they're not going to give that money back to me, so I have no option but to take legal actions. DO NEVER CONTACT THIS HOSTEL.

Terrible place. The kitchen is not clean at all, it needs some serious clean company. The bed was comfortable. There’s only one bathroom for everyone and it wasn’t clean at all it’s also falling to pieces (the whole place). Don’t stay here guys, for one night I think you can handle it but more than that no way!

The location is perfect. Metro station is just a few meters away that connects you to every nook and corner of Lisbon. Super markets are also nearby. Rooms are small and not well insulated but with the locked cupboards for each tenant. Cleanliness is taken care of. You need to use stairs since the building does not have an elevator.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
