Lots to like about this facility! The staff was outstanding, bar was a tab pricy but it's in a resort hotel so it was expected. Great, and I Mean Great location. Ample parking. If you are going diving the charter leaves from behind the hotel. The food was all well prepared, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Spanish speakers will feel at home as well. I was alone for the first few nights then my family joined me for a couple of days. Everyone had a great time. Short stroll to the beach, bars and Starbucks. I would absolutely stay again.

We spent just a night there, getting on a cruise the following day. Our room was across the parking lot in a 4 story building ... odd. We checked in and had to drag our luggage across the lot to the other building. The room was adequate. The bed was comfortable. It felt like the carpet was damp ... but it didn't smell. The soap dispenser in the restroom fell out of the wall when it was first used. The pool is nice. We had lunch and drinks. The staff behind the bar rocked. The overpass to the beach is cool. I went to the deli for coffee. Two cups of old, cold stank coffee was $11. We checked out at 10:50 the next morning. There was a continental looking buffet set up in the hallway by the front desk. We grabbed coffee and a couple small plates of breakfast food before getting an Uber. $70 Whatever

Our party consisted of two king size rooms, 4 adults. The main building is clean and maintained. We got there early and checked in though rooms weren't ready. The front desk girl smiled and was amiable. We came back a bit before 4pm to get our room cards, different girl at front desk. It was like night and day. No smile, didn't even look at us. She looked so bothered by us. Very poor customer service, very uninviting. Our rooms were not in the main Bahia Mar hotel building. It was in the secondary building we name the Bahia Mar Motel. NOT A RESORT HOTEL BY ANY MEANS!!!!! very dated, it smells, the walls need painting, the decor dusty, dirty. Rooms were subpar. As we walked down the corridor to our room, house keeping carrying on in the hall, yelling and being unprofessional. We had a room on second floor and one on third floor. Used the first set of stairs. The stairwell smells like urine! Disgusting!! The carpets in the rooms stink and everything looks so worn. The pool area was nice, but not enough to convince me to stay here again. I can't believe this is a Hilton hotel. The standard is just not there.

Checked in with no issues and the staff was great. We did not get to explore the grounds much due to events we had planned. However, the pool area was nice and the hotel was clean. Short walk tot he beach is very convenient with the accommodation of lounge chairs. Many restaurants and bars on the strip. We did have an issue with our bathroom that took way to o long to fix. We reported it shortly after checking in and then again the next day to two different front desk staff. Finally had to ask for a manger and it was taken care of right away. I also did not like the solicitation of vacation stays by the members located in the lobby and at the pool area. They were friendly, but I am on vacation. The solicitation is not welcomed. A better alternative may be to set up a desk and allow visitors to approach if they like.

Super great place, i was there for 2 days, unfortunately the weather was really bad. Super cold, but they gave us 1 hours free ride bikes. 4 drinks of the day from the breeze. Super great, did not go to the pool because of the weather but they also have a full gym on promises. I highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
