        Lovely hotel, close to the airport, good service, but the cleaning in the room and restaurant is not so good, depends on who you get…the staff is very helpful, very nice and clean beach, big pool. Always lots of free spaces by the pool so no need to reserve your sun-bed early in the morning… Very nice and relaxed experience overall. Really appreciated the service and the friendliness of the stuff, they speak English so no problem with that at all! Apart from the kids club lady… They organized a lovely surprise for my daughter- birthday cake in the restaurant!

        It was a beautiful hotel. Everything was good. Programs . resturant . foods . Everything was good. The hotel itself was clean, but the rooms were very dirty. The cleaning staff would wake people up early in the morning and say that we have come to clean the room. We used to go out, but there was no news of cleaning even until one or two o'clock. Just in the afternoon, they only cleaned the floor of the room a little, but there was no news of cleaning the bathroom and toilet and changing the sheets.

        The service at this hotel makes up for everything. The cleaning lady for our room was super amazing. She was very professional and made sure we had everything that we needed. The buffets each day were great. The buffet had lots of choices. The gentlemen and the ladies at Guest Services made our day. They helped get us last minute flowers to my Mother-in- laws room to surprise them. The bar tenders all have been very nice. The reviews are accurate about the noise from the music outside at night, however it stops and you are able to go asleep at 12 midnight. The breakfast buffet , lunch buffet, and dinner buffet all had long hours to accommodate whatever time you want to eat. If for some reason you miss lunch buffet time they have snack bars with plenty of options to accommodate you. Honestly there is nothing about this hotel/resort that is bad. Everything was good and exceeded my expectations. I do not know why there are bad reviews at this hotel because it’s simply amazing. You can also rent jet skis and boats outside if you choose to have extra amazing entertainment. I will come back to this location for sure. There is so much to do at this hotel you really never need to leave it. We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed everything single day. Thank you Baia Lara hotel. Thank you for taking care of us.

        Racist hotel. We have listened the stuff complaining about Turkish people that are living in Europe coming to visit this hotel. One of the stuff actually told us that if he ever has a hotel he would never let anyone with Turkish passport in. That all the hotels around hates Turkish people. The stuff is super snobbish and lazy. They all seem very unhappy from their life in general. We were happy on holiday and got tired from listening their complaints. The food stands are not delicious. There are many good looking stuff but just disappointing taste. The cleaning of the room was also lacking. Maybe she thought we are Turkish expats 😂 Not worth your money.

        We stayed 1 week from the 21st October. Positives (in no particular order!) Plenty of Sun loungers Excellent sandy beach Premium alcohol was served without additional payment Food was excellent in terms of both variety and quality. Salt baked salmon one night, sushi the next, for example. Staff work very hard. There are so many guests they inevitably don’t get it right 100% of the time, but we found most were friendly and eager to help. The rooms (see below for an explanation of the use of the plural) are big and well appointed. The minibar is restocked daily. Negatives: Ridiculous disco / entertainment every night until gone midnight which prevented us from sleeping. The night we arrived it was a techno disco; the bass note made my fillings rattle. Another night it was Karaoke with successive guests committing crimes against music. We didn’t attend; we heard it all as clear as day from room 9101. After three nights of fitful sleep we complained and moved to 2401 which faces away from the beach / pool area. Much quieter; wish we’d done it sooner. Other reviews mention this noise so either the hotel hasn’t read them or doesn’t care. I wouldn’t come again for this reason. A complete deal breaker. Some staff left a lot to be desired. “Pancake lady” dropped the metal spatula one morning as she fumbled with her phone to take a call. She picked the spatula up from the floor and carried on using it. I had eggs instead. It’s a really big hotel and very busy. If you’re searching for peace and quiet there might be better options elsewhere. We had a bath and massage which was great. What wasn’t brilliant was the boss giving it large to a subordinate for not getting us to rebook later in the week. Literally right in front of us. Not nice or necessary. Neither negative nor positive A very cosmopolitan hotel. Not many UK guests.
