        We had shown ourselves willing to wait to give a negative review, having asked for explanations of problems we had in the flat, but in line with the attitude of the host we were ignored, so here is our bad experience. Once we arrived in the apartment we immediately noticed the serious leak in the pipes which created extensive mold damage in the walls of the living room and in the bathroom, which were not communicated in advance in any way. On Nov. 02 2023, the "owner's daughter" knocked on the door informing us of the need to enter the apartment to check the aforementioned problem. Not having received instructions from the “Homing” Agency (located in Largo do Rato 7A/B) where we collected the keys to the apartment, we communicated to this girl our unavailability to enter the apartment. The following day, on Nov. 03 2023, however, we received notification from the agency of the need to allow the private owner and a technician to enter for a brief inspection at 11 am. The night of Nov. 02 2023, however, something unacceptable happened, which violates every type of rental contract and privacy, in fact around 6pm the owner of the flat, with his keys, entered the apartment thinking that no one was there (as per his texts words), finding our presence instead. The actions and the carelessness of the apartment has created great inconvenience for us and we consider such behavior unacceptable. The structure, which we tried to contact several times, told us that it would give us more information and a refund, obviously they disappeared.

        We were extremely dissatisfied. The conditions of this apartment are unacceptable - it’s unclean with dirty water on the floors, making it unsanitary. Is unacceptable to rent out a place like this.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
