        LU Holidays was one of the few bad experiences in Lisbon (we have been coming to Lisbon regularly for 10 years). We had problems with the apartment we rented from them and their behavior was not professional. Our main problem was that the description said "Terrace with garden view" and that's exactly why we chose it, when we arrived we realized it was a scam (we let you see the "Terrace with garden view" in the picture). So we decided to leave and ask for a refund. The LU Holidays manager was very contemptuous and never gave us a refund. Also, the apartment smelled particularly damp : I just realized that you should never rent a ground floor in Lisbon. The buildings are very nice but old, poorly insulated and not heated in winter, so the walls are full of moisture, especially on the ground floor. Pay attention to the photos of the apartment that LU Holidays publishes on Booking, AirBnB ... It's a classic but the photos give you the impression that the apartment is very bright when in fact, once inside, it's very dark because there are not enough windows to illuminate the whole apartment. Only the entrance and the bedroom have direct access to the outside light. We have only dealt with LU Holidays once and we don't recommend them, they wasted our time, money and gave a very bad image of the Portuguese. Again, LU Holidays is not recommendable but is an exception: in general, Portuguese people are really nice and friendly.

        We had one of the worst booking experiences with Lu holidays. The main problem is that it is hugely overpriced for what you get. We paid around 60 euros per night / per person and this is what we got: A non-functioning oven which we discovered on Christmas eve, without adequate replacement. Fungus in the whole shower, shower doors not properly closing, leading to very wet bathroom floors, a glass table that was extremely unstable and therefore dangerous, plastic(!) wineglasses because glass ones would be dangerous according to the owner told us (see the irony?), no proper pans, pans with scratched teflon bottoms (carcinogenic), no proper cutlery, windows and window shades that couldn’t open leading to having no natural light in some rooms, fake plants, a very small living room, a first-aid kit with scissors only(?) and wifi not working well in the bedrooms. Worst of all, the communication with the owner was very bad. He delivered some new pans and attempted to fix the table, but he was very unfriendly and at some point even tried to blame us of all the problems in the appartement, threatening to make us pay for it. About the fungus in the bathroom he said: ‘you’ve been there for 3 days and I don’t know what you did in the bathroom, but the problems weren’t there at check-in’. In fact, all these problems were there at check-in and he wouldn’t know, because we never saw or met him. This appartement is clearly owned by someone wanting to make money rather than wanting to give you a nice stay in Lisbon. There are many nice places to stay, but this is clearly not one of them. Please don’t choose this appartement and please don’t pay so much money for such a bad experience. Also no restitution was given, let alone any form of excuse from the owner. The owner should either lower the price or really upgrade this appartement, but at the moment it is really not worth it.

        A parcel! Photos different from reality and double bed impracticable without space around it. To enter you have to crawl from the bottom like the marines. Fake garden, it's a bunker with walls from 3 to 8 meters high, 1.20 meters by 1.30 meters. A rip-off

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
