The owner was very nice, kept all sorts of condiments, spreads, fruit, and even eggs in the frigde! Thank you. The washing machine is definitely very useful. There is a very steep set of staircase from the street, and at night it can be quite noisy so bring ear plugs. Downstairs is a restaurant and the cooking smell comes into the bathroom. The place is a bit small and overall a bit expensive, but the location is great.

Beautifully decorated compact two bed apartment. Sleeps up to 6 but best suited to 4 for comfort. Super central location. Well managed and maintained. The kitchen has condiments and lots of utensils. There is a little terrace for having breakfast. Beds are comfortable, medium firm mattresses. Twin room, a double bed and king size sofa bed.

Decent cleanliness, comfortable and clean bathroom, as well as the rooms. Be careful that in the evening there is a bit of confusion as it overlooks a very busy street, with shops and bars. The small terrace with the table was much appreciated. Excellent communication from the manager!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
