        I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel, and it's safe to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. My review might seem harsh, but I believe in honest feedback, especially when it concerns comfort and value for money. Outdated Decor and Maintenance Issues: First and foremost, the room's design screamed of a bygone era, reminiscent of the 1990s, but not in a charming, retro way. The furniture was visibly old, and the wallpaper was stained and had turned an unappealing shade of yellow. Moreover, the carpet was not just an eyesore but also emitted a foul smell, making it uncomfortable to walk on. Inadequate Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, which made it uncomfortably warm during showers. This seems like a basic amenity that was overlooked, significantly affecting the overall comfort of the room. Safety and Comfort Concerns: I was surprised to find no safety box in the room, a feature I consider essential for securing valuables. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit appeared to be a relic from the 1990s, being both noisy and inconveniently located near the window at the bottom. Neglected Cleanliness: The elevator's condition was appalling, to say the least. It was dirty and appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with oily hand stains on almost every wall. This neglect for cleanliness in public areas is a major red flag for me. Accessibility Issues: Guests should be aware that accessing the hotel can be a challenge during the day and evening due to the bustling market nearby. This could be a significant inconvenience for those who value ease of access. Poor Value for Money: In terms of pricing, the hotel doesn't deliver value for what it charges. You can undoubtedly find better quality accommodations at smaller hotels for the same or even less expense. Additional Disappointments: The state of the curtains and windows added to the list of grievances. They were dirty and dusty, and despite having windows and a balcony, they were inaccessible, which was a letdown. On the Brighter Side: Not everything was bad, though. The hotel's proximity to shopping centers and Pratunam market is a plus for shopaholics. Also, the room was surprisingly spacious, with a living room area, although the flooring was in poor condition with some parts broken. Conclusion: In summary, while the Baiyoke Suite Hotel might have its advantages in terms of location and space, the negatives heavily outweigh the positives. The lack of basic maintenance, attention to cleanliness, and outdated facilities make it hard for me to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.

        Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I have never before given anyone or any place a bad review. The corridors smelt. We walked into our room and it smelt worse. Mould in the bathroom, rust stains on the walls, and it goes on. It was late at night and we had to stay. We prepaid for ten nights bed and breakfast through our travel agent in Australia. We went to the buffet breakfast and found it to be disgusting and inedible. We are hoping our travel agent will be able to get us a refund of some sort. If not we will have done our money cold.

        This is a huge hotel which needs a complete renovation immediately. The rooms are big, but you can't open any cupboards as it's jammed. Internet connection is horrible. I couldn't connect my iphone at all. The bathroom was very small and terrible. Location wise is good. Lots of eateries and markets as you step out of the hotel. The bathtub needs to be changed immediately. The hotel is completely outdated. The breakfast was terrible too. We stayed here for 5 days but really regretted it will definitely not come again.

        Love the staffs. I asked for a room with a firework view, and they worked hard to give me the best room! Building is a bit old, but kept clean. All the staffs are helpful.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
