Good room, best room service, healthy breakfast, I extended my booking for staying this hotel after getting excellent service for first 3 nights. It is on top of an apartment building but that is not an issue, Only the first day the security guard ask us where we have to go and he guide accordingly. Elevator is available to reach on 5th floor, and I meet only a few local people of the building residence or office staff they were also friendly, most of time lift and stairs were empty, so we don't have to wait for a queue. As a tourist we need friendly hotel staff and a safe and quiet place this hotel has all the facilities that relax you during your trip. Love to stay this place. If I will visit again, I stay in the same hotel. Thanks to Azer, Rana & teymur for their exceptional support.

Room could be a bit more bigger. Bathroom is small but all accessories there. Breakfast is good and fresh. Staff is wonderful especially thanking Rana, she is the most pleasant person and reason for pleasure in this property. May she be blessed. However it is not a proper hotel rather rooms in a house like property.

This is furnished apartments in Nariman Narimove street and front of the statue garden. Contains of 11 floors. I stayed in 3 bedrooms apartment which equipped with all needed for cooking. This apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and big sitting area. If you are in high floor you will get a terrific place and amazing view. Prices are changeable and it depends on your ability of negotiation with the manager. Service is not that good specifically the cleaning services, you need to pay tips in daily manner to get good cleaning. It's not far from Nizami street almost 22 minutes waking, but return back to the building is difficult due to going up. You need to safe your things. It's good for families.

Everything is up to the mark. Room is same as shown in pictures. Excellent staff, very friendly and supportive people. If you ask them anything extra ( i.e iron or weight scale) they provide you within minutes. Quiet and peaceful place for tourists because everything thing is nearby. I would recommend to book this hotel instead of Nizami street walk to nizami or take a ride via bolt 2.5 manat. Book prices are very reasonable and healthy breakfast, they make everything fresh even the lady bakes cakes herself breakfast to serve guests. Kettle, hairdryer and 24hrs hot water available in the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
