I have stayed at this Hotel when it was called San Cristobal and enjoyed its central location in Marbella. Now the hotel has a new name and an upgrade. The new decor and rooms are beautifully designed. Spacious and light colours throughout. The food was also excellent and so was the service. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much bother. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, I will for sure return, to my new and favourite hotel in Marbella.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located, yet quiet Hotel. The rooms are lovely. Ask for a room (if available) facing 'Parque da la Alameda'. The staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Enjoy!

I shall preface that we had little need of a fancy room because we go away to be out and about. Chosen for location on edge of old town, with an easy walk across a beautiful park and precinct to the beach. Ideal. Hotel itself, nice welcome and interactions with reception, dated decor, with rooms (ours included) being updated... bathroom well appointed but weak shower with fluctuating temperatures. Bedroom basic but fine with fair bed. Kept nice and clean. No great negatives so 4* for value

The hotel is in a very bad condition. Everything stinks, rooms are dirty. In the first room the smell of the bathroom was so bad that we didn’t spend their a minute. When we were moved to a different room the room was smaller and everything was in a very tired condition. Our air conditioner didn’t work, so they had to come in and fix it. Also, if you want to use the safe in your room, you have to pay extra to rent it (have never seen anything like this). The entire hotel looks old, dirty, and tired. The breakfast was whatever. Definitely this place is not worth the money. Will never come back and will never recommend it to anyone. The only good part was the location.

Very good located. Near the beach, shops, restaurants and old city center. The reception is quite small and the entrance is through a little shopping center. Easy to get anywhere from this place. Rooms are ok, nothing out of normal but clean and if you're lucky you have a view to the park. To be honest it's a bit noisy as it's next to the street. I had breakfast just one morning and it was quite good. IF you are vegetarian you don't have too many options but you won't die hungry. 🤭😁
