I recently stayed at this hotel in and was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and service provided. Despite paying 50 euros / 1800 thb per day, our room was not cleaned, and we were not provided with fresh towels or water on a daily basis. When we asked the staff about this, they informed us that our room was too cheap to receive these amenities. This is completely unacceptable and unfair to paying guests. The staff also seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or addressing our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay in Koh Chang. The lack of basic amenities and cleanliness make it a poor value for the price paid.

We had an amazing 7 days stay with the direct view to the ocean. Originally we wanted to stay only for 2 days but got captivated by this place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Nice breakfast. Literally a direct access to the sea with a crystal clear blue water.

Definitely the worst accommodation price/performance on the island. Forget the daily cleaning, the room smells of mold (it also eats the bathroom door, see photo). There is a mess everywhere, the area around the rooms and the pool is crazy. The water in the pool is full of chlorine and it's close enough to burn a hole in your body. The only thing I appreciate is the location and the nice staff.

The location in the middle of white sand beach is the best of this accommodation. The room was clean. We skipped the breakfast most of the days, because it is not very great. The staff was really nice. The overall condition was confusing. In some areas it was very beautiful and well maintained. In other areas chairs, rubbish, etc. was thrown together. Some rooms were used by staff I think. On the beach there are plenty of restaurants with great bbqs. The Main Street is also very close with the night market, shopping, massage, bars etc. In the Hotel you can rent a motorcycle and do laundry which was very convenient and fast.
