        My recent stay at the Bangkok Palace Hotel offered a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage, conveniently situated in the heart of Bangkok, making it easy to access various city attractions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff, who were generally pleasant and helpful, although at times, service could be a bit more attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the lobby presented a welcoming ambiance. The room I stayed in was clean and adequately equipped with basic amenities. While it provided a comfortable enough stay, the décor felt a bit dated, and there was a noticeable need for some modern upgrades, particularly in the bathroom. The dining options at the hotel were satisfactory. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, but the quality of the food was good. Facilities like the fitness center and swimming pool were well-maintained. One aspect that did impress me was the cleanliness of the hotel.         Rooms and switches are old but all functioning well. No problems at all. I got the hotel for a very good rate so I cannot complain. They have a great morning Buffett spread, they have spa, swimming pool, gym ... Location is good too. Overall a great place to stay

        1. Staff acting as if they are doing charity, and the are in general unwelcoming towards Indians. Rude and border-line-racist as quoted by a friend, to put it bluntly. 2. To top it off, there are Cockroaches, Bad bed, Door which was not closing properly, and drainage issues in bathroom. I won't go into the details as many have already detailed it. 3. Mediocre food. 4. Only good thing is the access to shopping malls. Special message to fellow Indians: As I inferred, Lot of Indian travel agents probably book this hotel as their first pick, in cheap, for their margin, even after charging decent money from travellers. Please stay away from this hotel and ask your travel agent for a different hotel. They will not come to assist you there if you were to face issues.We had to fight with the indifferent staff for a room change.

        I wonder why this hotel is being patronized by Agoda and other travel agencies. The only good feature is the rooms and cleanliness. We lost our valuables during room transfer and when approached by the front desk , they were so so indifferent and kept playing ping pong with no concern or urgency. We had to write multiple mails to the front desk and Agoda to get a call back . So much time was wasted that the last option was to go for police complaint which had zero chance of recovery . So we accepted it as our fate. In fact Thai's have developed a care not attitude due to influx of many tourists ...specially to massage and ........ Industry. It won't be long before this place looses it's place amongst favourite tourist destination in sout Asia.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
