        We had the 3 bedroom penthouse suite with private pool for 3 nights. They shut down the pool for 1 full day and gave us 0 compensation, also we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes and my wife got a BIG trauma from this. We had a conversation with the front desk manager about this but he didn't really care to much. He just blamed us about the pool problem claiming we destroyed it by swimming with sun lotion and jumping in the pool. Except from this we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nothing special but we managed to get it down. The room was luxury and clean. The service was decent.

        Poor quality throughout this complex. The wifi is awful: the AC is useless, our bedroom AC didn't work and then the living room AC startingaling a terrible noise; the water is not clean, the Jacuzzi was full of black bits; the bath plug wouldn't open to drain the bath; batteries were leaking in the remote; and damp teabags were left in the complementary drink stand. The rooms are large but had nothing in them. There is a kitchen, but no cutlery or utensils unless you leave a deposit. Also, the rooms are bare and soulless. Though we would have a holiday in stylish hotel residence, but instead got a dull third rate accommodation.

        It was a nice place to visit, pool is nice to swim in and they offer rrasonable rayes on bike and car hire although cheaper options exist locally. The location is close to two beaches with friendly staff who always tried to help. Lots of different room options, we didn't eat dinner or have any drinks as there were better options close by but this could be something they improve in time.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
