Very disappointed that we booked the suite, and were not told until after we checked in and paid extra for early access to our available room, that the bathtub couldn’t be used. It was a huge jacuzzi tub and a cold, rainy week. We were staying for 5 days. I was very much looking forward to using it. I was told they would be fixing it the day after we left. I was not offered a discount, or even made aware of the situation in advance, not even before I checked in. I was given the opportunity to use another available room’s much smaller, non-jacuzzi bathtub on one night, but I didn’t have an option to choose when I wanted to use it, it was a now or never situation, which was unfortunate. It really soured my trip and the room I was so looking forward to staying in. Additionally, I thought we would have a separate bedroom for my kids (my bad for assuming), but they just brought in some roll away cots and placed them in the living room area. It did not meet my level of expectations for the amount of money I paid. Also, and this is a very small thing, but worth mentioning, the umbrella that was in our room for use did have a huge hole in it (remember I mentioned it was very rainy the week I stayed). I would definitely not splurge on this hotel again. Though to be fair, I did have a beautiful view of the canal and the staff was friendly, I think I could find that somewhere else as well.

The lobby is a veritable treasure trove, offering a rotating selection of complimentary indulgences including cookies, candy, cheese, and wine, enhancing the allure of this unique haven. Additionally, the availability of a complimentary full bar throughout the day caters to those looking for a more spirited refreshment. The rooms are a harmonious blend of exquisite design and comforting charm, creating a restful and pleasing environment. Each space is meticulously curated, showcasing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction. However, the pinnacle of our experience was undoubtedly the gourmet breakfast served daily. The menu features fresh-baked croissants, a delectable assortment of cheeses and meats, and a range of made-to-order specialties including eggs, Dutch pancakes, and French toast. To complement the culinary delights, guests can savor the most amazing coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, a blissful start to the day. It is difficult to encapsulate in words the myriad positive aspects of this establishment. From the impeccable service to the superb culinary offerings and the enchanting surroundings, every detail is designed with the utmost care to ensure a memorable stay. A great hotel. Beautiful Art Deco design. Canal view rooms. All inclusive bar ( premium brands), sweets and treats, cheese board, (!) Minibar, the list goes on. Just a great hotel. Lovely service. Right at the centre. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of staying at Banks Mansion Hotel during my recent trip to Amsterdam, and it was an experience to remember! This is my favorite hotel in Amsterdam. The staff is great. The open concept for drinks and snacks all day is amazing. Finally the location is near enough to the city center but not too near and great for seeing museums. Will continue to booking this hotel upon return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
