We stayed 2 days. I totally recommend. The hotel is very clean and neat, breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms have all the amenities that mentioned. The hotel is located on the hill of Avlabari, it is 15 minutes on foot (downhill) to the historical center and 10 minutes to Holy Trinity Cathedral. We can see the cathedral view from our room. The best thing about this hotel is its quiet location. We've also stayed other hotels in Tbilisi and other cities and this hotel was the best for a good night sleep.

Absolutely worst choice for a hotel to stay in. We had only booked for 2 nights out if which the AC was not working one night. We were asked to open the window for air - and when we told we didn't feel safe, they didn't show consideration for 2 women in the room. Don't go by the pictures, the room and the bathrooms are extremely small. The bathroom can barely fir one person and it was a feat to not trip on something. The safe wasn't working. I would never recommend this place.

My experience with Hotel Banovani was extraordinary during our five-day business trip. The hotel's rooms exceeded our expectations with their exceptional cleanliness and tidiness. Moreover, the outstanding service, from the delightful breakfast to the attentive and kind staff, pleasantly surprised us. Additionally, they provided an iron to help with our formal clothes. Besides the hotel's convenient location, various amenities like supermarkets, money exchange, a subway station, and a beauty salon are within a five-minute walk.

Very close to everywhere and city center but the most valuable part of the hotel is their personnel and cleanliness. The staff are really kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
