Highly recommend, it was a great time. Staying here, the rooms are clean, 2 Bassets Jasmine and Honey are lovely 🤩,and the garden is very beautiful. The home decorations are very classic. The owner (Tok & Michael) are very friendly and very very helpful in whatever you needed . Don't pay attention to the negative biased reviews that Fake!! Seem like you stay at your home Love to come back and stay at " Banyan House" again

We enjoyed our stay as the host - Tok was very accomodating and friendly. He helped us in arranging the taxi for airport and allowed us to have an early check in as we had a tour mid day. It is quiet and peaceful - a perfect place to stay. Would recommend renting a scooter/car to get around the island. Room is very clean and there are 2 beautiful dogs (a huge plus)!!

DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID AT ALL COST!!! We arrived here at 1:45pm, 15 minutes before check in time as we wanted to drop our bags off and explore Samui. When we were checking in, he told us we have to pay £80 as we wanted an early check out as we were getting picked up at 6:15am the following day and we would get a refund in 30 days but also had to pay an additional £5 charge as we needed to use card because no one is on the desk before 8am. £80 for a backpacker is quite a sum of money but we were happy to pay it and handed over our card. We asked about bike rental and he said to go and speak to the man ourselves rounr the corner so my partner did that, after about 10 minutes he handed my passport and card back and told me he wasn't accepting our booking despite already having paid. He said that he wasn't happy we wasn't aware of the policy, I explained that it was never advertised on Agoda but we didn't mind paying it as long as we got it back, he then told me that my attitude wasn't right and I needed to leave. I asked if we could wait until we had booked somewhere else to go as we have huge backpacks and every hotel was booked up , he told us he wanted us to get out. So we were left trying to find a hotel as "it wasn't his problem" but he wouldn't let us check in for no valid reason other than we weren't clued up about his policy. Not a very nice person, I'm not one to write reviews but how we were treated was disgusting and unacceptable and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. We have now paid over £100 for a night, plus paid for 2 additional taxis and now have to try and amend our transport for tomorrow

we arrived 20 minutes early to check in & straight the way the man had a problem with us as we was 20 minutes early we had to be checked out by 6 am the next day. Then when we was checking in i asked about renting a scooter & he told me a place down the road so i went to check it out & accidentally left the gate open - this was enough for him to not let us check in. After apologising to him about leaving the gate open he was still having none of it & not letting us stay. after asking him numerous times if there was anything we could do to stay & apologising numerous to him he was being rude & telling us we’re not on the same page, he was the rudest thai person i’ve met as normally they are lovely people but he was an exception.

No hospitality at all. Can’t check out before 8am no matter what. To add: I never said I was staying this property. It is not necessary to stay. My friends who was staying, got so many problems with your service and then asked me to come and take back deposit because you can’t give it back before 8am. Unfortunately they forgot their belongings and asked me again to come and check with you. Instead of help you started insulting me. Hopefully your CCTV coverage include sound then you can share it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
