We had a wonderful stay here during our honeymoon! The service was wonderful and the staff so accommodating! The room always smelled wonderful after turn down service and they would leave us a tiny treat each night. The pool was lovely and so wonderful to have and the bathtub came with bath salts and oils and it was so relaxing! The location is great, with a stunning view, a quick drive from a pier with trips to Phi Phi Islands, and a National park right next door. We ate at both restaurants, took a cooking class and ate in the birds nest and everything was delicious!

Very cozy hotel for quiet vacations in Krabi. Service is absolutely 10/10. Very professional management. Dining is 10/0 as well. Both local and western dishes. Beach is awesome. Clean. Empty of people. Sun-beds super comfortable. Beach staff is excellent. Free cold water. Ice creams every day. Water sport activity is very nice as well (try take a kayak to uninhabited beach to the right from hotel). Rooms as very clean and comfortable. Own pool is awesome for having cool time in hot hours. Wish to return here more.

I didn't stay at this hotel but I had my wedding here and oh my.... The view is breathtaking as soon as you enter the lobby, words can't describe it. The food is here is absolutely sensational. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are lovely. We did look at the rooms as we were going to stay but it is a very expensive hotel. The rooms are incredible though! Everything from the minute I arrived was taken care of by Sor. She makes the hotel, a credit to the resort.

Where do we start, this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We came here as part of our honeymoon and the memories we made we will cherish forever. The villa’s were beyond stunning, upgrade if you can to the beach view villa as you won’t regret it and it’s so close to everything. The food was incredible, both the breakfasts, poolside pool and Nega. Saffron was our highlight though for sure, some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had. But I think above all the wonderful staff made our trip so special. Everyone made us feel so welcome and I see why they call Thailand the land of a thousand smiles because we were greeted with beautiful smiles every single day. They went out of their way in every aspect, from planning trips for us, around the clock customer service on What’s App to sending beautiful pastries and cakes to our room when my husband cut his foot (no wrong on their part at all, it was very much a simple accident.) We will never forget the kindness of the staff and will cherish our memories forever. Banyan Tree truly have some of the best team we’ve ever seen at a hotel. Thank you for the special memories.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at Banyan Tree in late November. We thought it was beautiful and absolutely loved it. Service, food, and staff were all top notch. Our favorite part was BOGO Happy Hour from 4-6 every day. I can’t say enough about Ton and her team, she was always in a good mood and knew our order as soon as we walked up. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
