The staff are so kind. They seem to be as aware of and follow passive kindness as possible. I've tried to resolve the request I asked for as quickly as possible. It feels like I'm being respected. But the noise is too loud. That's why I'm writing this review because I couldn't sleep until this early in the morning. I didn't know during the day, but I think there's a noise from the air conditioner vibrations or the sound of vents ringing the entire bed in the subway station. I can't sleep and I'm going crazy. I can't tell the hotel staff this early in the morning.

This is by far our favourite metro hotel in the world. Very well located and everything you need is walking distance. The service from the second you walk into the hotel is impeccable. Cannot flaw it for a second. Had our anniversary here and the hotel helped me organised a very good surprise ! Definitely going to be a core memory of ours. The views from any room of this hotel is also be breath taking. Loved waking up to the view of KL in the morning! We have been returning to this hotel every time we are in KL and we will continue to do so in the future!

Was offered an upgrade to the presidential suite! Stayed over the weekend and the hospitality is second to none. Have stayed at one of their signature suites before and all I can say is that there is no faults at all. People are kind, courteous and friendly. At the time of check in to check out, you feel the warmth and leaves a feel good feeling. It's definitely a place that you'd want to come back to time and time again. Amazing few days during our short stay in KL. Great Central location. Staff were very helpful. They even offered a choice of aromas for your room as its supposed to help you relax. Breakfast was amazing with made to order items. On our last day we had an early morning checkout so would have missed Breakfast. The night shift staff arranged for a breakfast hamper which contained fresh pastries and coffee to go. Very thoughtful! Also the rooftop bar has amazing views during the evening. We noticed alot of non hotel guests there which made us appreciate our stay at the hotel.

Very friendly staff and the rooms were clean and very well equipped. Would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and took care of everything we asked. The check in process was very smooth and easy. Breakfast they do alacarte rather than buffet which is brilliant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
