Loved our stay in this hotel. Location was convenient and close to the Chamartín train station, walking distance and a relatively short taxi away from the MAD airport. The music theme of the hotel is such a beautiful vibe, and the rooms are nice and updated! We loved the way the bathroom was set up with both tub and shower and how spacious it was. The bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was €20-€25 per person and it was a great value for what was offered including freshly squeezed orange juice. The price is well worth the value of this stay. Will definitely be back.

I have not been a user of the rooms, but I frequently stop by the excellent bar at the ground level, as I often come to Madrid to meet friends and business partners, and the location is perfect for me. In general terms, food and drinks are ok, and reasonably priced. What I like the most is the general atmosphere, the decor and the music are superb.

Great experience!! Amazing charming design hotel, new and clean, with large and comfortable rooms. The theme of the hotel is music, rock / flamenco / pop… and is expressed through music instruments as piano or guitars here and there, songs quotes written by neon lights on the walls, popular singers’ portraits everywhere, also in the rooms. My bed was big and very comfortable, as it was the shower. At the lower ground, breakfast was nice and generous, the buffet is in a separate room next to the tables. The hotel is next to the train station, so it would be a convenient location in case of an early train. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely modern hotel, on the airport side of the city. Antonio, the guest experience manager, was very helpful to improve our overall experience. All staff were friendly and helpful, in particular the bar staff where we enjoyed an Iberian meat & cheese platter over some glasses of wine. The room was a very luxurious experience. It was quiet and with the most comfortable huge bed & pillows. The rainfall shower has great pressure, the bathroom is finished to a high standard. Your own bluetooth music can be played everywhere in the room including the bathroom area. The hotel is located a short walk from the metro which was a great way to get into and around the city.

I am thrilled that I found this hotel. The hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride to all of the museums. And it is walking distance to a major train station. The property is beautifully designed with a music theme. The staff were all so nice and welcoming. They sent muffins to our room the first night we arrived! They went out of their way to help us. We ordered room service and ate the breakfast buffet. Both were excellent quality and presentation. After this experience, I would definitely consider a Barcelo hotel first in my future travels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
