A nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is very convenient between El Prat Airport and the current city center. The soundproofing inside could be better. Breakfast was really very modest, but sufficient. If you are a fan of vegetables and hot cuisine, breakfast at the hotel is not an option for you

10/10 great hotel. I paid 186€ for 3 nights. Comfortable, big room, clean and quiet. Close to multiple bus stations and 10 minute walk to aerobus to airport. Welcoming receptionist spoke great english, so check-in was easy and quick. They come and clean your room every day and change the towels as well. Firm mattress and 2 pillows. They provide Dove shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash. You can adjust ac if you are too hot or cold. It has a slight humming noise, but they provide earplugs if you are a light sleeper. You can buy breakfast on the day , 10€. I had an amazing stay and will return in the future!

Location is good, need to walk to main attractions. The room was pretty small for a party more than 2. Can hear through the walls and footsteps of people walking outside. Room wasn’t very clean. The towels and sheets had stains on them. And when I asked the hotel reception for more towels they couldn’t accommodate that and it’s one towel per person. Also they have a weird policy where they only change towels every 3 days. They also left their cleaning supplies in the sink. They don’t accommodate storage and when we asked them to put our suit cases/backpacks in the back they wanted to store them in the restaurant that people eat breakfast at. The two women receptionists were rude and gave attitude on multiple occasions. Made it very obvious how they weren’t pleased with our requests or questions we had. She refused to give us our key card back after we left it on the desk for a few minutes before check out. Also, she gave us a non working key and the housekeeping had to open for us to get our luggage from the room to check out after she was rude. Room was dusty. There was AC which was a plus.

Good location, spacious room, service not so much. Room was not cleaned as stated in their 3 night policy, we did not have clean towels or other basic utilities until we complained.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
