The dormitory is dark and gloomy with one single window that does not open so no ventilation is possible, and other girls in the dorm as well were complaining it was suffocating. One toilet and bathroom is in the dorm so if it is occupied you have to wait, and you hear the people using it. The place is badly insulated so you hear people in the corridor and other rooms. There is no curtain or anything on the beds to give you privacy or darkness. Everything in the place (except the bedsheets) is kind of old and not in very good condition, not very clean. The breakfast is included and is typical of hostels: a poor choice of cheap items. Lockers are located under each bulk bed: big and convenient, open and lock with the room key so it is convenient. Location is rather far from the city center and not close to the airport bus, but otherwise there are transportation and shops nearby. I came with no prior booking and asked for two nights, but when I got up I didn’t want to stay another night. I asked to check out before the check out time but they didn’t want to refund me. I left anyway. So I paid more than 66€ for only sleeping one night there: it doesn’t worth it.

This hostel is unparalleled in quality. No words are appropriate. -The dormitories are segregated based on gender. -Every room is equipped with a private bathroom. -Enjoy a nutritious breakfast consisting of high-quality ingredients. -Neat and well-organized space. -The staff members are cordial, friendly, and courteous. -The gap between the beds is substantial. Filthy public areas, low maintenance, eg the sink was almost blocked. We didn't have bedbugs. All in all the beds and rooms were clean. Okay for one night to catch an early train from Sants

I must warn you that the hostel is not friendly, even a fraud. You have to be careful with this. When I collected the key, I had to pay a refunable deposit of 20€, with a confirmation card as evidence. I was told that to get my payment back at the end of my stay I had to provide them the confirmation card. As I returned to my home country, I realised that I had not returned that confirmation card to the hostel reception, so I asked my friend to collect the deposit money because I still have my confirmation card with me. But the employee at the hostel claimed to have given the money back to me which was very untrue! They should have my confirmation card back to exchange the deposit payment back to me, so that was a lie, trying to exploit people who have forgotten. I must say that they are not nice people. I think for 20€ to get that key is really expensive - I strongly believe it should be around 5€! So be warned to you who wants to stay at that hostel.

staff were rude, rooms were disgusting.....a deep clean doesn't hurt here and there as weeks of dirt build up that staff claim to be clean. a botch job hostel. spent the summer travelling and this was the worst and most disgusting hostel i have stayed in throughout my journey this year. save your money....there are way better hostels in Barcelona

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
