Simply stunning. A beautiful companion piece to all the Gaudi in the city, but also a marvel of architectural design. The tour through the buildings is wonderfully designed and you get lots of photos and history to show how the place came about. The main building at the front where you finish is just awe inspiring. There is even access to the parts not yet fully restored so you can see just what they are up against. Totally recommended.

Loved it, the architecture is just amazing you can spend hours in the garden just looking around. It’s not as touristy as other things therefore there is less people meaning it’s nicer, you can really take your time and enjoy the visit. On a nice warm day I would recommend just sitting in the garden and taking your time to observe the place, the details are just incredible. The exposition rooms are really informative and I really loved the props, it really brings you back into time. It creates a unique atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

This was by far the best location visited in Barcelona. Even though was not on our list of visits, we were closed with the hotel, so we decided to make an effort and go from Sagrada familia 30 minutes walk to this location with the help of Google. We reached out here in the night and at the right moment I can add. We were impressed by the lights show from the street. There were very nice projections on the building and we crossed the street to check out what is about. There was so kind of show inside and a lot of people were waiting in line to enter. We looked on the information panel and while we were reading there, a woman came to us and asked us if we would like to buy 2 tickets because their friends could not come. We happily agreed and if she ever reads this I would like to thank her again for a stunning Christmas present. We had a map to follow with an established route. Was amazing, different points with a lot of surprises. All was magic and the song that was lighting the Christmas tree and the buildings around as per music notes. What a nice and special feeling.

I'm so glad we visited here. The history of the hospital is fascinating. The architecture is amazing... gorgeous. I hope they restore the gardens, too as that was a particularly important aspect of patient care there. I highly recommend seeing this complex for anyone interested in art and architecture as well as medical science.

I loved this place that was used to be a hospital. It is really well designed! You are not allowed to enter all premises but still you get a good viewing experience and also you can have a walk around. They have arranged some Christmas decorations and they were really nice looking.
