Good location in Kebayoran Baru, friendly service, decent room and decoration. Small and comfortable hotel. Resraurant menu is simple and limited, but decent.

Located in front of RSPP, the location is so strategic because it's near to GBK, SCBD, Thamrin, Blok M, etc. Can go by walk to the nearest MRT station and Trans Jakarta. Beside the hotel there's a mini convenient store. I spent five days staying at Barito. It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean. The view from the room was nice. In-room facilities are complete, there are mini fridge, safety box, coffee machine. However unfortunately during my stay, they didn't provide liquid soap, which I needed to ask them first. Even after, I asked my room to be cleaned, they still don't provide it by their own, so I used the soap bar instead. What I loved more is their hospitality! They are super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast is tasty but unfortunately there are limited options for it.

Good breakfast although limited option, savannah resto was very cozy. Outdoor vibes can benefits with improvement. Staffs were friendly and kind, parking attendants were outstanding and very helpful. Room was very clean. Parking lot was limited but helpful attendant readily available so it was not too big issue

Actually, I’ll come again. The room, the services, and the food were really good. But if you want to stay here, you have to be ready hearing vehicle noise. And there are few things this hotel need to notice: - Until my last day, there was someone’s acne pack sticking on the bathroom wall and the room service didn’t remove it. I hope the room service could be more detail about cleaning. - Some of food in breakfast menu were out of stock. - There’s a little torn on the blanket.

generally speaking the detail of interior is fabulous, with those finishing and decoration it’s premium kind of hotel. but the downside is cleanliness in their room, the sheet is pretty neat but there were some dust in headboard and stain in pillow. So I think Barito Mansion are great but need improvement as I mentioned above. overall the hotel is pretty dope.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
