The room we got was very good sized and had lots of space for out luggages, which was a big plus. However, it was middle of winter and they had the heat on so high (I don't know... I think it was close to 28-30°C or so) we were sweating inside the rooms. We asked the staff about it and they told us there was no heat/AC control for individual rooms and only the staff could control the temperature of the whole floor. We told them it is too hot and they said other guests have been complaining about the heat too but Korean guests will complain if it's not hot enough and told us to open the window. We kept the windows open all day and night while we stayed there, in middle of winter. Also while everything looked overall clean, the windowsills in the bathroom had water collecting with no way of draining and there were black mold growing inside. The shower head needed a good scrubbing as I could see some dirt caked on it while I showered. The slippers they provided for the bathroom also had some mold on the underside. It made me wonder if they didn't disinfect the slippers between guests (it's meant to be worn inside a bathroom, so people would be wearing them barefoot). It said breakfast was included on the booking site but the breakfast normally consisted of 1 small cupcake, 1 children's juice box, and 1-2 small cookie/cracker, which were all very sweet and dessert-like, and not breakfast food and not enough to fill up a grown adult. The breakfast thing is not a huge deal as we wanted to go out and find something anyways but we thought it was kind of funny they called that "breakfast included." The best thing about this place was the guy that worked there. He was very friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

The location was perfect for going to the main part of Hongdae and only a short walk from Exit 9. The rooms were well kept and clean and had all the amenities needed for an overnight stay (tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). There was complimentary breakfast which was an added plus. The service was great as well.

Very Nice Hostel :) location is good,walk to subway only 2mins, room is small but clean. Staff is very nice, they speak mandarin and English, very helpful :)

Great cheap hotel really close to the club strip. They have both single and bunk rooms. No extra charge for towels or soap. Free breakfast.

Cozy place. The prize might not be the lowest, but with great location, comfortable room, it's worthy. The decorations of the place is awesome. The reception speaks fluent English!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
