This hotel is very dirty an unclean and the staff is rude. It seems they do not keep up with the maintenance and it’s not safe to stay here as the locks to the room doors are broken and the last elevator service expired in 2019 so it’s just a matter of time before some unsuspecting family falls 7 floors to their demise because the lack of quality control and care of the property. They also say that if you smoke on the balcony of the room they will charge $5,000 dollars. Highly do not recommend this hotel as they seem to only care about taking money from customers instead of providing a safe or clean accommodation.

The hotel has a very good ambience I had lost my brand new iphone 14 and The staff was very friendly and helped me in retrieving it from the grab taxi were i had forgotten. Thanks a million to the beautiful person in the reception. The rooms where very neat and clean with good wifi connection. The beds an pillows were very comfortable. The balcony was too small. The washrooms was neat and clean with all necessary toiletries. 7-11 is very next building to this hotel very easy to get things for yourself. To reach the main bangkok city it is well connected with multiple transport options. Overall a great stay experience

Reception: nice welcoming reception with very helpful, accommodating and friendly but highly professional staff 👍🙏 Room: you can see from the pictures: Very clean, Great sleeping mattress, Medium size fridge, TV and stuff, Standing shower with hot water and NO sewer smell at night (many hotels in Bangkok have that odder problem). Sleeping there was very peaceful. House keeping: most kind people and they seem to love what they do. សូមអរគុណច្រើន🙏 Location & Surroundings: - There is a 7-11 within the property. - İf you head south (300m) you will run into the river with very nice walking sides. - Or you can catch a boat at the WAT KLANG Pier and take it West to the City center for 20thb. Or go one Pier in the East direction to go to the Bang Kapı shopping mall. During busy hours boat is fastest and cheapest to go to city center.

Good service staff. Reception staffs are helpful and patient answers for questions. "How to use Grab taxi, bus lines and guidance at Bangkok trips". 7-11 shop at ground floor. Therefore i was satisfied living in Baron hotel. Thanks for all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
