Room super noisy. The windows are very badly insulated so all the noise from the street can be heard. Also the laundry service is making a huge noise every night from 1am onward. The hotel employee didn't even try to fix the issue even after 2 complaints in 2 nights in a row. Their behaviour was as if it was super normal to be woke up at such hour. Not even trying to understand that it could be a pb and it should be fixed... I was given the room behind the reception. I strongly recommend to refuse this room straight away. It is a scam! You feel like you sleep in the street.

Great location of the hotel, located in Salamanca neighborhood, a very trendy and vibrant neighborhood, close by to important tram stations and walking distance to the centre. The staff was very professional and assisted us in finding the best room for our family. The room was big and neat (a little outdated), with a view of an internal garden. The breakfast was very diverse, but lacking more fruits and vegetables. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel and if we come back, we surely book it again.

Staff is excellent! Marta, Jose and David were so helpful with our request for numerous document printings. They are friendly and gave valuable advice in the area. This hotel is 2 blocks from the US Embassy. It is the perfect location for those who needs early appointments at the embassy to replace their stolen passports.....

A cosy place to stay in Madrid. Clean and big room with comfortable bed and bathroom. My room is on street view so it could be noisy on Saturday night. Staffs are professional and friendly. Wonderful breakfast. I wish to return and stay here in Madrid next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
