Good hotel if you’re looking to do Ben Nevis and need somewhere to stay. Staff were really friendly. Rooms are clean and had room cleaned each day. I have seen reviews which say this hotel is expensive, which yes it is. But it is not as expensive as most hotels in Fort William. Essentially you are paying the price for the location. Not far from the town which has good food options. Also, a 15 minute drive from Ben Nevis. Only downfalls - rooms were very hot/no air con. If you are staying in summer months bring an additional fan. Tap water was not drinkable and cans of water at the hotel were £2.50 each. So, bring your own drinks.

We stayed one night at Base Camp and were really pleased with our room and the facilities. We had asked for a Mountain View room and we’re so chuffed to have a fantastic view, even though it was raining!! We dined at the bar next to the hotel and had such a great meal- we were told burger joint but it was so much more!! Loved the mocktail I had- thistle fizz and the burgers were delicious!!

Family room was so small and basic it had overtones of being incarcerated. Minimal natural light. No space to sit, not even on most of the beds due to limited head room. Very hot and stuffy with a rubbish little fan to help make it bearable. Limited views of the car park. Beds clean and comfortable with fresh towels. Staff were friendly but inexperienced, food options quite limited. Way overpriced for what they offer (maybe better value in the winter with the snow).

Possitives, clean, cozy, shower, great views, breakfast. Negatives, limited eating choices after 5pm ( burger or a burger). fairly small room size. I should have done a little more homework before booking, but there was nothing else near Fort William. Perfect place if you are seeking a mountain experience, a little less of a hotel than we were used to, but we still enjoyed it. I wasn't too concerned, but no TV unless you can stream your own, the mountain blocks TV signals. I'd return, but for $200 per night (summer 2023), I'd say the hotel price is a little inflated.

Good location with plenty of parking. New hotel. Beds very comfy and good quality shampoo etc. No tv signal but the casting from phone works well. Beer in bar a bit pricey at 5.90 a bottle (no draft). Surprised with it's location it's not dog friendly though...especially as my dogs are better behaved than the brat child that was running up and down the corridor till half past midnight last night. .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
