We usually stay the the Revelstoke Mountain Resort when we go to Revy and wanted to try something new. I'd seen Basecamp advertised on social media and it looked beautiful. It did not disappoint! The Columbia River views are just driving especially with a freshly fallen blanket of power. The hot tubs were awesome and we met so many great people. The crowd staying there was lovely and adventurous but not rowdy or disrespectful. We really enjoyed connecting with everyone. Our unit was clean, modern, spacious, fully stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated that the units had laundry. It was very relaxing and I would totally stay here again. I'm excited to check out their other properties around Canada!

First of all, we were surprised to have an amazing view. The room is super clean, with a full-size kitchen, living area, and outside sitting area with table and chairs (we had a one-bedroom unit). The staff here are very friendly, a special thank you to the lady at the front desk for helping us with our check-in. (we checked in online and had our instructions on the day of arrival, everything is clear and simple. But we arrived a little bit earlier and had trouble finding our room). Parking is easy, hot tub is awesome. If I have to put some negative points here: I couldn't find the address on my car’s navigation (2022 model), but if you are on hwy23 you won’t miss it. The washroom in our unit is not that ‘big’ so we couldn’t find a place to put shower towels and my wife’s make up bag, we put everything on the kitchen island. No closet in our room, it’s totally fine for our one day stay, but would love to have one for future longer stay, especially for ski season.

We had a great experience here! Guest services were prompt and helpful. The self check in was seamless and super easy! the rooms were very clean. It was a bit small but we were here for a ski weekend and we didn’t need much more! Hot tubs were awesome! Overall it’s a great experience, and we will definitely come back!

The two bedrooms units offer an amazing view of the Columbia. Great kitchen for cooking with all the utensils, pots, dishes. Two hot tubs so plenty of room and a shower/bathroom to clean up and change for those infamous cold Canadian winter days. Entry to units requires a walk from the parking area topped off with a climb up a flight of stairs. Having stayed at other modern lodges in the area there seems no way around the inconvenience. Great modern lodge with all the amenities required. Will certainly consider base Moutain Lodges for our next trip to Revelstoke

Beware all the 1 bedrooms are very very tiny and have very obstructed view. They are like a basement apartment.They are absolutely not 600 sf as advertised. All the 1 bedrooms are situated at a lowest level of the building , are below grade in the bedrooms. I payed a premium for this hotel so we could enjoy a view of the River. However there was not much of a view, only a 5 foot wall of snow from the living room and window well in bedroom. No effort to move the snow to provide better view.Only the upper floors with larger units would have the glorious river/mountain view shown in the pictures. On a positive note the units are new, the kitchen is well appointed and the rooftop hot tub very nice the service was good and the location fantastic. On Expedia website I note that they claim I gave a 10/10 review and this hotel ; total fabrication! does not give confidence in their rating system. Google is more reliable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
