        Good place accomodated with Living room,Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Empty Kitchen, Balcony etc... Has an Top floor to view the surroundings, get air. Decor is nice and simple,Very tidy, Interior lightning is great,Not much Vehicle or traffic noises and has some other important facilities too. Since its located near Galle road Transportation is easy/cost efficient, If you love to watch parrots/love birds they have them near the reception... As for the room pricing it depends on what you are looking for and willing to spend, Overall an Okay place to stay in for few days,weeks if you are out of other options. but its not really safe to keep your valuables or money out , if you are going to keep your windows open. 👍🏽

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
