Had a fantastic experience staying and working here. Great suites and meeting rooms. Easy airport pick-up and drop-off. Delicious food. Small but well-equipped gym. Even had an excellent massage at the spa. But the best thing about Basera is undoubtedly the staff. I felt very well looked after by everyone, led by the excellent Operations Manager Harendra. Thank you all for making everything so easy this past week!

Great service on all levels! Really easy airport pickup, comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast. Our stay was super short as we left for a more remote area the next day, but it was a perfect place to rest & recharge. Out flight was super delayed & they were very understanding.

We had our last in Nepal here to treat ourselves and pamper after trekking and I would definitely recommend that. Beautiful rooms, great restaurant and a dance show were the highlights of our stay, together with a relaxing massage and a dip in the rooftop pool early in the morning. You won't regret staying here :)

Great hotel close to airport. Ideal for first or last night in Kathmandu. Spacious and clean rooms, well equipped (comfy bed, fab shower). Excellent views from rooftop, which has a pool for a dip. Good restaurant serving a varied and tasty menu. Breakfast was very good too. Friendly staff. Free transfer to airport was a bonus.

Basera Boutique Hotel reflects the essence of Nepalese hospitality. The friendliness of the staff and the management is unprecedented. The rooms are clean, cozy and warm, the food is of good quality. It is possible to explore Kathmandu from here walking a few roads and crossing some interchanges. The value for money is excellent. We will stay there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
