Wonderful experience staying here! We stood 3 nights here and it was a great experience! The room was very comfortable and clean. Roberto, Giuseppe and Nino were very nice. The transfer to the parking slot worked very smooth and nice!

Matera is such a special place and Basiliani made it even better allowing us to be in the crossroads of nature. I am a busy city girl in search of some peace and Matera brought that for me. Being right inside history where so much had happened and every local I have interacted with here is full of kindness and humility. I stayed here four night and I wish I can stay here longer holding on to that rare tranquility.

Right in the middle of the Sassi area. They have a free shuttle picking you up from the free parking at the university. Rooms built into the rock, Matera style. Very attentive service, good breakfast, and modern rooms. Highly recommended.

I will definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in the sassi of Matera. The staff are all very friendly and picks us up by car for free from the new town. They also provided very detailed tourist information. The room was very tidy and spacious. You have everything you need in the room and also the mini bar is full of snacks and drinks if you pay. The breakfast was very nice with several kinds of cheese, ham, and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
