        Overall, we had a good stay. The best of the hotel was the silence. It was in a calmed place, and even in the room, I wasn't hearing other people from other rooms. I could rest well. The beds were comfortable but a bit small. The illumination of the room can improve, and the size of the bathroom was a little bit small. However, we had all the necessary to have a pleasant stay.

        Decent and clean rooms but a lot of noise from the other rooms (you can hear people walking around and dropping things) and a lot of street noise. Rooms are quite small. Breakfast was average. Fine for a short stay where you don't intend to spend a lot of time on the room.

        Not impressed by the cleanliness and overall service for the rooms! May give you an extra coffees pod but will leave the dirty cup next to the coffee machine without adding creamer! They make your bed barely add a coffee pod and call it done!

The beds were comfortable but a bit small. The illumination of the room can improve, and the size of the bathroom was a little bit small. However, we had all the necessary to have a pleasant stay.

        The hotel itself is standard but clean. The location is very nice and conveniently close to many parks and the center. Good and efficient service by Rosalie from the reception/front desk. Lovely person who welcomed us nicely and accommodated our requests.

        The most horrible hotel stay I ever had! I had booked the room for 8 days during a business trip to the city. Upon my arrival to my "King bedroom", I booked for 1400€ for 8 days smelled dirty Sox and weed, and this smell got worse when I took a shower. The bed which was in very uncomfortable shape with absolutely destroyed mattresses just split apart at 3 a.m. in the morning, and I find myself on the floor. The next day furious after only 3 hours of poor sleep I requested to fix this situation and change my room. They do so... but the same thing about the bed happens and the shower is clogged and a nasty smell comes out of it. One night unable to sleep and again falling in between both beds, I flipped the room to make only a single bed out of these two singles to find a whole new horror situation. The beds are covered is piss stains and under the bed is full of dirt and hairs. the mattress's shapes are collapsing on the edges which explains why I was falling in the middle of the two single beds supposedly "Attached" but not. The next day, furious, I explained the situation to the front desk lady who fixed it and flipped the room. Coming back later after work, I found a card with some sweets to compensate me... really not acceptable. I wrote an email to complain and request a partial refund equivalent to the poor stay I had and as of today, I'm still awaiting their response.
