The room was okay with block view facing toward sommerset apartment builsing and it has classic style furniture and it was kind a old for this recent time. The breakfast was good and it has not many choices for desserts, main course and snacks compare nearby hotel

Very noisy room. You can hear load sounds from other room, especially from room above dragging furnitures. Smoking free inside the rooms smell so bad in the corridor and also to other rooms.

Stayed for more than two weeks there. The room was upgrade from superior to deluxe. The reciptionist was nice and polite. The security was also nice. It was spacious room with a little bit old theme hotel furniture and facility. The house keeping was nice, helpful and polite. They cleaned and changed the bed sheets, towels, stored new drinks everyday. The breakfast was fine for first week.But then taste changed into not good in the second week. We were not sure what was the reason. Example, we ordered omelette, first week the omelette was perfect, and the second week the omelette appearance and taste changed . It was Like two different people with different skill who cooked it. Also it was lack of variation of menus. Overall , maybe it was fine to stayed there for short term only.

Staying for 2nights in Penthouse. The price was affordable. Spacious room for penthouse. The room was not that clean, the curtains were dusty and the towels smells not clean. They charge for extra bath towels but forget to put the rugs. The breakfast was okay, the really bad thing was they let stupid people to smoke in AC room/breakfast area. Not recommended!!

Stay for 1 night only, but get awesome experience here. There is breakfast for guests there. I don't see the facilities there like swimming pool, basketball court, etc because I don't have enough time to go there. But the AC's in my room is quite

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
