Great location and thats all this placehas goingfor it. Room had mold (see pictures) and the breakfast is really quite terrible. They seem to put 0 effort into making sure breakfast is prepared properly. Everything is cold, they run out of pastries ect every day, most of the food is just plain not edible. Staff gets upset if you leave food behind. Almost everyday you see them getting after people. I left 1 week into my booking and found a much nicer hotel for about the same money.. with real food.

I'm definitely coming back. My room was wonderful, great amenities. Separate tub from shower. Bed and linens were perfect. Two rooftop pools are awesome. Air conditioning made this stay a real luxury. In-room safe was useful. Great hot water maker for instant coffee. Housekeeping is wonderful, all the staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the balcony, and there is a rack for drying swimwear, towels, etc. The breakfast buffet is so good and healthy. There are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance, plus a hotel convenience store. I really enjoyed the lively area of Karon Beach and the area is very quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. This has been a favorite hotel experience.

A Memorable Stay at Baumancasa Beach Resort Phuket, Thailand I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Baumancasa Beach Resort in Phuket, Thailand, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The first thing that stood out was the friendly and courteous nature of the staff. They were always eager to help and had a genuine willingness to assist at all times. Whether it was providing information about the resort or arranging transportation, they were pro-active and cooperative, making our experience seamless. One particular staff member who deserves special mention is the receptionist, Ms. Ging. She was incredibly helpful and took utmost care of us throughout our stay. Her friendly and loving nature, especially with the kids, made them feel at ease and added an extra touch of warmth to our time at the resort. Ms. Ging, along with her colleagues, deserves a big thumbs up for their exceptional service. The resort itself had a lot to offer. The amenities were well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, we did notice a minor issue with small ants gathering inside our room. Although it was a result of the terrestrial climate and weather, it would be beneficial for the management to implement some corrective measures to address this concern. Despite this small inconvenience, the overall experience at Baumancasa Beach Resort was excellent. The friendly and caring staff, particularly Ms. Ging and her colleagues, left a lasting impression on us. The resort's facilities and beautiful location added to the charm of our stay, making it a memorable vacation. Additionally, I would like to highlight the exceptional breakfast experience at Baumancasa Beach Resort. The breakfast they offer is simply the best, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a traditional breakfast or something more adventurous, the resort caters to all tastes and preferences. What impressed us even more was their willingness to accommodate special dietary needs. As vegetarians, we often find it challenging to have a satisfying breakfast at hotels. However, at Baumancasa Beach Resort, they went above and beyond to prepare special vegetarian breakfast options for us upon request. This level of dedication and attention to detail truly made us feel valued and taken care of. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. All five stars for this nice and economic hotel. The staffs are nice. Room service is perfect. Great food ( breakfast). They also provide spare towels for the beach ⛱️.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
