We had a wonderful 7 day stay here. Comfortable rooms, good restaurant, right on the beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and well managed. Excellent pool and beachfront. We were well taken care of. Best value in Choeng Mon.

First came in 2008, and many times since. Cost cutting has affected the atmosphere from the good old days. After a short disastrous owner, this new owner will hopefully bring those days back. No more lifts in our block, single key, expensive restaurant (added service and sales tax!) Rubbish TV, but wifi has improved. It remains good value for money and has a great central location and a pool we do enjoy.

If you are looking for a relaxing time near a beautiful beach with all kind of services, this is the perfect place. Gym, very good restaurant at the beach, very kind employees solving everything you need. Direct access to the beach. Laundry services next to the hotel.

I arrived early and they they were able to place me in a room right away. I asked them about a motor scooter and they had a great selection and they were able to get the one I selected delivered to me in 20 minutes. The room was very nice with a big shower with plenty of warm water, a comfortable bed and a big balcony with chairs and table. The restaurant here has a good variety of Thai and Western food. There's also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach here is geeat with all sand. If you go 4 or 5 hotels in either direction There's lots of rocks. I stayed here for 2 weeks and can't wait to come back.

I specifically asked for a no smoking room but the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming no fire alarm fitted very poorly run Resort. Check in time is 2pm but our room was not ready and when we eventually got a room it was still not ready no WiFi no pillows no bedding and no complimentary water The staff seemingly didn't care the manager was not around conveniently 3300 for these rooms is double what's it's worth my advice go next door ps Thana resort much better excellent service with dedicated no smoking rooms

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
